I want this!

Freya dreads turning fourteen - the official end of her childhood and time to take up the full duties of a Valkyrie.

Classic angels novel.

This book tells the story of Freya being a Valkyrie. She hates being a Valkyrie, because they can kill a person by touch. After her first reaping, she sets off to the human world to fulfill her promise with the soldier she reaped. And when she is enjoying her stay on the human world, news of the black-winged girl are spreading...

To be honest, I'm not too fond of this book. The story is too focus on the life in the human world. The beginning and the middle of the story is boring...... until the end, it's so good! It's not the angels and demons fantasy fiction, it's all angels, and the dark side is a teenage human boy, how cool is that? I pick up this book because of the cover and when look at the front I was like "hmm... this maybe a good book to read." But when I read to second chapter, POOF! That thought just vanish. I'm rather disappointed because the author has such potential, she could write better than this! I maybe the only one hating this book but... sorry guys! For all of you that liked this book, I'm sorry, it's just not my taste.

Magic dragons and night-time river chases - join Conn on a new adventure full of intrigue and suspense.

Thinking of ancient words and dragons? I've got you covered.

This book describes the adventure of Conn back in his hometown - Wellmet. The magisters' locus stones are stolen! And Conn is being accused by it. During a lot of meetings, Conn is accused as a thief. And this meeting doesn't have any differents. While the others are shouting at him, Conn decided to run away, and this time, he is going to find out the truth. Being a gutterboy again, Conn joins a gang that is suspected to be the ones behind the crimes. And when he found out the true criminal, he has to race against time to save the city.

To be honest, I only found out that this is the last book of The Magic Thief series after i read it. So yeah...... This book is really astonishing, the story line just blew my mind! Your mind will just get carried away. Every single chapter is so tense that you just want to finish the book right away. And the fact that the author adds the codding games in is just so fun. And this story reminds me of the 17th century as well. You would thought that you're in the story itself and all of this is now happening in front of your eyes.

You have to love this if you are an adventurer!

Chasing The Valley is a story filled with adventures, escaping, survival and loyalty. This book brings you a story that can make your heart pounds like crazy. The story is filled with so many challenges and sudden surprises! You just can't put this book down. This book teaches some survival tips too. I like the fact that the author leaves some mysteries on the start and then reveals them at the end, and that the author makes a simple song the only clue the characters have on their journey.

Overall, if you are a person who loves adventures and surviving, this book is worth the money.
